The staff at Mitra Downtown Hotel & Suites was helpful when we arrived early and had an issue with our room. They quickly solved the problem and made us feel welcome. The location in the old town was perfect for exploring, with a great view of the Bosphorus from our room. Despite the early morning traffic noise, it added to the charm of old Istanbul. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located near Beyazit station, Grand Bazaar, and plenty of shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Its location is unbeatable, with famous attractions like the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar just a stone's throw away. You can easily explore the city on foot or hop on the nearby Beyazit station to reach other must-visit spots. The staff here is exceptional, always friendly and helpful, making sure you have a memorable stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, exactly as shown in the pictures. And let's not forget the breakfast with a stunning view of the sea - a perfect way to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the western center part of the city. The top-floor room with sea view and lots of windows was perfect. The host was helpful with everything, from providing information on reaching different places to assisting with PCR tests for our flight. The bed was comfortable, the internet was good for work, and the location allowed us to easily explore the nearby sightseeing spots on foot. We could also access the T1 tram quickly to reach other important attractions such as the Galata Tower and Dolmabahçe Palace. The hotel ensured hot water was always available with good pressure, and the terrace on the top floor was a nice bonus. The rooms were cleaned every 2 days, and there were stores and restaurants nearby.
